Accountant & HR Admin

We are a dynamic and growing company based in Dubai and Sharjah, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant and HR Admin to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and human resources, with a preference for those who have experience using Odoo ERP.

Location: Al Majaz 1, Sharjah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

HR Administration Duties:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain employee records and manage onboarding processes.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and HR administration.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
